Entrance Criteria

The following is required for entrance into a QuEST program:The responsibility of intake, orientation, and acceptance decisions for services will be determined by Program Coordinator.
  • 1. Community Resource Services accepts eligible participants from Alta CA Regional Center and Far Northern Regional Center.
  • 2. The individual participant (client) must be 18 years of age to 62 years of age. If under age 22, must have High School Diploma.
  • 3. Client will be accepted regardless of mobility. Wheelchairs and other assistive devices may be necessary.
  • 4. Client may require assistance with feeding and toileting skills.
  • 5. Client may or may not be able to respond to basic directions/instructions from staff.
