Client Rights

These right shall be held by each client:

  • The right to informed choices.
  • The right to be safe from physical harm.
  • The right to be free from mental and emotional abuse.
  • The right to be treated with dignity at all times by staff and other persons.
  • The right to confidentiality regarding personal information.
  • The right to be free from corporal or unusual punishment, humiliation, intimidation, ridicules, threats, or other forms of abuse.
  • The right to be in a safe environment at QuEST and/or a job placement in the community.
  • The right to be free from retaliation for advocating for client’s rights.
